Crayfish Plague Confirmed in Israel

ISRAEL - An outbreak of crayfish plague has been confirmed on a closed freshwater farm in Israel.

The affected farm is located in Bet Yizhaq-sh, Hefer, HaSharon, Hamerkaz.

Around 50,000 crayfish were susceptible but the number of cases is not yet known.

The source of the outbreak is unknown.
