Chef dishes up eco-friendly fish and chips

UK - A new town restaurant has started selling what it claims are the world's healthiest fish and chips.

Iglu, on Jamaica Street, has started selling the first ever completely sustainable and organically produced cod, produced by Johnson Seafarms in Shetland.

The company farms cod instead of using traditional fishing boats at sea, and claims that their methods result in better freshness, cleanliness and taste.
