Chef dishes up eco-friendly fish and chips

UK - A new town restaurant has started selling what it claims are the world&#39;s healthiest fish and chips. </b> <br><br>Iglu, on Jamaica Street, has started selling the first ever completely sustainable and organically produced cod, produced by Johnson Seafarms in Shetland. <br><br> The company farms cod instead of using traditional fishing boats at sea, and claims that their methods result in better freshness, cleanliness and taste. <br><br> <i>Source: Scotsman</i>
