Nguyen Ba Thong is Aquaculture Programme Manager at the IDH office in Vietnam. Thong is working closely with local stakeholders in seafood sector including government, industry led coalitions, seafood producers and buyers to promote sustainability for the seafood value chain. Presently, he is working on promotion of the MCCBA aiming at improvement of working conditions, welfare for employees and enhancement of industrial relation in seafood processing industry.
