Oysters in focus

AUSTRALIA - Operators and investors at the Centre for Aquaculture at Louth Bay are about to focus 100 per cent on oysters. Up until now the centre has included South Australian Oyster Hatchery combined with an abalone farming operation known as SA Abalone Developments (SABDEV) in one facility.
