Scheduled for October 30 to November 2 at the Shangri-La Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand, GOAL 2012 will provide attendees with strategic data, informed perspectives and a greater understanding of global aquaculture -- all in one of the largest seafood-exporting countries in the world.

Under the theme of "Making a Difference Through Responsible Aquaculture," expert updates on the global supply and demand of farmed fish and shrimp will help frame current trends and outline issues. GOAL sessions will also examine investment challenges, fair labour practices, opportunities in aquaculture and recent successes in controlling disease.

Regional and international sponsorships are ramping up to ensure a high-quality GOAL 2012.

Further event and registration information is available at www.gaalliance.org/GOAL2012.

GAA corporate members and those who register by September 30 enjoy discounted fees.
