Changes Tipped To NZ Aquaculture Laws

NEW ZEALAND - Fisheries Minister Jim Anderton says further reform to aquaculture laws is possible, if it becomes clear that industry development is being seriously impeded.</b> <br><br> Recent reforms took years to implement and followed a two-year ban on new farm applications. <br><br> Now there are claims the government will struggle to fulfil its obligation to give Maori 20% of any new space.
