California takes lead with fish farming regulations bill

CALIFORNIA - California would impose some of the world&#39;s toughest restrictions on fish farming under a bill sent to Governor Schwarzenegger by the Senate. </b> <br><br> No commercial fish farming exists off California&#39;s coasts yet.
