Aquaculture gets boost from state

DELAWARE - When the tide goes out, these farm hands go to work. On an exposed mud flat along the shore of Delaware Bay, workers move amid mesh bags of oysters lying in rows on long racks. Some men harvest 2 1/2-year-old shellfish that soon will be popped open and lie glistening on platters at the Lobster House and other Cape May restaurants.
