Tim Dempster

Tim Dempster is a professor of marine biology and aquaculture and leads the Sustainable Aquaculture Laboratory – Temperate and Tropical (SALTT) at the University of Melbourne, Australia. The lab targets problems, works to understand them, then tests innovative techniques and technologies to solve some of the big issues in modern aquaculture. We construct approaches that have best chance of practical effect, and can be scaled-up to be used on farms.
