The interview is part of a new series filmed by The Fish Site's team at dsm-firmenich's recent Global Aqua Days event in Athens and in it, Nikolik – one of the world's most respected seafood analysts – offers insights into the performance of the shrimp, salmon and fishmeal sectors so far this year, as well as some predictions for how they are likely to fare in the coming months.
