AUSTRALIA - The pooling of skills and resources and working smarter have been the philosophies behind one of Townsville's latest aquaculture ventures, AQA Finfish. The tactic appears to be paying off with the company now in its first year of production of barramundi for the Sydney restaurant market and not saddled with the high start-up costs usually associated with such ventures.
